- We employ a dedicated Risk Manager who manages a safety system that is second to none in taking care of students.

- Most of our staff hold Advanced Wilderness First Aid, CPR, River Rescue and Lifeguard Certification. All wilderness journeys are supervised by a Swiftwater Rescue Technician and a Wilderness First Responder.

- Our staff to student ratio is 2:5, among the highest in the industry.
