what we do

summer programs and activities

Boundless High School offers an exciting line-up of outdoor adventures where students earn full high school credits. It doesn’t feel like school here. Students are highly engaged by activities like whitewater paddling, climbing and wilderness travel. They work closely with other students, using a team approach to meeting challenges and to prosper as a group.

Our 2 to 5 staff to student ratio emphasizes safety and meeting our students’ diverse needs.

Our base includes 600-acres of pristine wilderness in the Ottawa Valley (see map). Students stay in our expansive lodges () for roughly half their trip, and spend the other half on a wilderness river journey.

What’s unique about Boundless is that we blend outdoor adventure activities with a range of high school courses that include physical education, leadership development, co-op credits, and the visual and dramatic arts. Our outdoor adventure program is complemented by individual and group challenges, engaging discussions, small projects and student-led activities.
