four credit summer program

OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS, NEW AND RETURNING

July 1- to July 13
July 15 to July 27
Aug 3 to Aug 15
Aug 22 to Sept 3

Our Four-Credit summer program involves having a student participate on three of the four 13-day programs noted above (39 days total of outdoor adventure education in July/August). A student must also spend an additional 20 hours of experiential education programming (contact us for more details). In doing so, a student earns a total of 4 credits towards their high school diploma. The selection of the credits is done in consultation with our Boundless Principal – Sean (Gus) Guistini.

Our four-credit approach involves intensive layering of responsibility upon each student. As the comfort level, confidence, and experience of the student grows from trip to trip, and the learning curve of outdoor skills steadily increases, students assume more and more responsibility in leading their peers on our outdoor adventures. Like all of our summer programs, there are no desks or classrooms at Boundless. All learning is experiential in nature. The life experience is a profound one. Each student’s resume shall be significantly enhanced by the experience.
